Temple of Sacred Surrender
Step off the mat and into the Temple of Sacred Surrender. Set to an immersive musical soundscape, solo breathwork flows into a collective blindfolded movement meditation. The breath drops us into a space of deep embodiment, a state of "altar"-ed consciousness, where we are invited to let go of the mind’s choreography and become aware of our own energy as it merges with the tribal pulse in this group practice.
Off the mat & within the darkness of Surrender, all other senses are heightened, and we are invited to let movement arise spontaneously. Here begins an exploration of the space with slow, energy-led movement—no choreography, just deep body listening. Together we will create a sacred container in which sensory, non-erotic contact with others is permitted within stated boundaries. All levels welcome. Inclusive, unconventional, and transformative.
